Network Monitoring

Our optional monitoring applications are the essential part of knowing the health and status of each kiosk, allowing software and hardware support teams to proactively resolve issues as they occur (instead of waiting for the consumer to call the help desk and report a problem). These applications minimize downtime, provide snap shot views of all systems, web-based aggregate reports show trends and provide health histories of each system. The architecture of our monitoring suite allows scalability. It is also optimized to use minimal bandwidth, especially over lower band width cell-net based networks.

RTMON is a primarily a visual tool, providing a snap-shot view of all systems with configurable color coding to help you quickly identify those systems that are offline, have stopped communicating or have not reported in for an extended period of time. It also allows you to interface with remote access tools with the click of a mouse, offering your help desk staff an easy interface to proactive system support.

KMON is the web-based reporting side of the monitoring. It provides various views into the current status of all or selected systems, as well as aggregate data summaries to help you determine up and down times, error histories and other trends.

On the backend of monitoring is the ability to customize and configure alarms, notifications, distribution lists and individual login accounts.
