V3 Link Help Desk – This optional application allows your help-desk staff to view transactions from each kiosk, issue promo codes and issue damaged product messages back to a kiosk. The site activity report shows you a summary of rents and returns and whether or not statistics were received for each site.

Kiosk Content Management – Utility used at the product preparation stage to properly name and optimize graphics for box art, multi-media files for trailers and synopsis, associating them with their respective titles. Has a drag and drop interface. It also lets you manage the category buttons centrally for all kiosks and has an RFID tag printing interface.

Kiosk Server Communications Manager – This utility allows you to create, send and receive xml broadcast files to and from selected sites or all sites on demand or a scheduled process.

Kiosk Monitoring – This optional application suite provides real-time visual monitoring and aggregate reporting for dozens or thousands of sites. The real-time monitor offers a dynamic screen showing configurable health color indicators and drill down click on details of current status. The other side of the monitoring application provides reports of aggregate information on the health and status of each system. Other features include alarms and notifications through configurable distribution lists.
